The heart of the Xposoft CAT system is the control centre software. This includes our Operator software which allows each call-taker to book Jobs, to track Vehicles on a live map display, to view the activity in the system, and to resolve problems. The Operator software also has advanced features such as automatic pricing for Jobs, route mileage and time estimation based on street maps, and load calculation to warn about overbooking.
In addition, we provide Administrator software for performing the housekeeping and data entry tasks.
Xposoft CAT also includes Billing software for handling Account and Credit Card Jobs and creating invoices and statements for your account customers and Drivers.
Reporting software to generate management reports and statistics is also supplied. |
